How can I place an order?

: Local orders can be paid via GCASH or BPI. International orders can be paid through WISE and PAYPAL.How will my order be shipped?
: Local orders will be shipped via GGX with COD shipping fees. Please check this link to determine your SF (parcel origin is GMM). Once shipped, your parcel will likely arrive within 2-4 business days.: International orders will be shipped from the Philippines via PHLPOST. Shipping fees will be calculated as you place an order (since it varies with the parcel’s size and weight).How long will it take for my order to arrive?
: Please know that it will take some time for your order to arrive. Once dropped off, GGX (local courier) will likely deliver your parcel within 2-4 working days. PHLPOST (worldwide courier) delivery time varies from country to country.Can I refund my order if I change my mind?
: Lucky★Apple does not accept refunds once the order has been placed and confirmed. Since we hold pre-order shops, this policy protects our artists from undue losses. We hope for your understanding.What if my parcel gets lost or damaged?
: Once your parcel has been shipped out, we will no longer be liable for any damage or loss during transit. Refunds cannot be issued for circumstances like these. Nonetheless, we will do our best to securely pack your parcels to avoid any concerns.Do you accept returns and exchanges?
Returns: We only accept returns if your order did not reach you and is returned to us by the shipping service.
